Sicherlich werden Sie in diesem Verlag gut aufgehoben sein [.]". - Friedrich Schnack lebte seit 1926 als freier Schriftsteller und Mitarbeiter von Presse und Rundfunk, schrieb zunächst expressionistisch beeinflußte Naturlyrik aus der Welt des Orients, wurde aber insbesondere mit seinen Erzählungen und Romanen, nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg auch mit naturkundlich-poetischen Sachbüchern bekannt. Schnack war Mitglied der Bayerischen Akademie der Schönen Künste und Mitbegründer der Akademie für Sprache und Dichtung in Darmstadt. Vgl. auch Kosch III, 2541. - Mit einem gedr.
