Moscow: MTP, 1934. This stunning book was published to mark the 20th anniversary of the start of the First World War. A splendid example of Telingater's skill as a book designer, combing photomontages with dramatic layout and strips of red paper with white type, tipped in throughout the book. An elaborately constructed book that is an analysis of the Great War and the international and domestic issues and events that coincided and inspired the Russian Revolution. Intricately designed with two concertina foldouts, one depicting dinosaurs. Front inner hinge repaired, otherwise very good condition.
