Tan cloth boards show some toning and smudge marks but corners are sharp. The internal binding is good, no hinge issues. No book plates present, no library markings, no hand…writing or signature other than that of the author. Pages are mildly toned due to age and there is some scattered foxing present, with the worst being around the illustration pages as the two different types of paper reacted with each other. Page 37 has a tear measuring about 1.5 inches and one or two other pages have small chips along the edge. Signed by Author(s).
