In den WarenkorbHardcover. Zustand: Good. No Jacket. First Edition. 373 pages (complete). A grand, much owned copy. A richly illustrated, vividly told, gargantuan evocation of German life, culture, mythology, history, geography. Folio size. Thick green cloth covered boards. Stamped and printed decoration, illustration and titling. The boards are much worn, scuffed, marked all about. They are resolutely imperious. The spine has been repaired with a leather strip. Within, the contents have storage wear fore and aft. The page trims have handling and age wear. The grandiosity of the book is not impeded by age or time. The pages are exuberant, clean and clear, very confident, amenable and agreeable, fervently romantic. Please note that due to the weight of the book, should the book need be posted outside of South Africa, extra postage charges will be required. fk.
