Loosely inserted slip stating that an arrangement had been agreed to further the sale of Peter Saxl's paintings by Hedwig Saxl (the artist's sister) and John P. Harthan. Slightly rubbed at head of spine, a few crayon marks on covers. VG. Light wear otherwise very good.

Externally rather rubbed with shelf wear, bumping to head and tail of spine and extremities, head of spine slightly lifting, minor marks to boards. Previous ownership pencil inscription to front free endpaper dated 1948. Internally, binding tender, occasional leaf loose but all leaves present. Pages bright and clean. Good. book.
