CONT…ENTS: I - Lent e grave; II - Tempo di Menuetto (a study in symmetric inversion); III - Lazy but steady; IV - Moderato. [Note: page numbers are somewhat confused, since this grouping of brass pieces seems to have been assembled from different sources.] The Ernst Bacon Society gives the title as "Four Octettes for Brass - 2 trumpets, 2 horns, 2 trombones, tuba and percussion "] 16 large pages. CONDITION: A bright, solid, unmarked copy with moderate shelf-wear, some light cover creasing, and a couple cracks in the plastic comb binder. This attractive copy is now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with archival backing board.
