[36] pp. Cover drawing by Leon Davey, who also designed the sets. Interesting contemporary advertisements. "Paprika" was not a success, but Maschwitz simply tweaked it, renamed it "Magyar Melody," and staged it again. It ran for 105 performances. This copy, with a very small stain on front cover, is Near Fine throughout.

New Faces was particularly remembered for the premiere of the song, 'A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square', which quickly became a wartime favourite.
