Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware - 'My European Excursions' is an insightful and engaging travel narrative that captures the essence of the European continent during the vibrant interwar period. Authored by Edwin Robert Petre, this work offers a detailed account of his journeys across various nations, providing readers with a firsthand perspective on the cultural, historical, and social landscapes of the late 1920s.As a publication associated with the Institute of Foreign Travel, the book balances personal observation with the broader context of early 20th-century tourism. His prose vividly depicts an era of transition, where the traditions of the past met the burgeoning modernity of the new century.
