Green cloth hardcover with ornate white-and-silver stamped design and title,…and silver stamped lettering to the spine. Decorated endpapers, illustrations in b/w, including a frontispiece illustration with a tissue guard. 1-366, [367-368 with advertisements] pp. Overall condition is Very Good. The cover art is striking and bright with mild discoloration to the center figure (see picture). Cover has small bumps/nicks to the edges, else smooth and sharp. Pages and endpapers are age toned evenly. There is a name penned on the blank page preceding the frontis illustration, else the pages are clean and unmarked. The binding is firm. A handsome, solid copy.
