First ed. of this enchanting tale with equally charming ill.; not paginated but has 22 clean, unmarked pages in very good condition, except for a closed tear at top edge of the next-to-last page. The only mark is the neatly written name of former owner in the "This Book Belongs to" section stamped on inside of cover. HOWEVER this book cries out for rebinding because the spine has been badly abraded and the back board has detached from the rest of the book. The back board shows some abrasion on edge and a crease mark while front board is very good. The text block is intact.
