Very good; light shelf wear to white slipcover with some surface marks, small 1cm ink spot to top edge of front panel; slight surface wear to black card portfolio; 1 tissue guard detached and creased, 4 tissue guards browned, very slight toning to edges of plates; light creasing to top left forecorner causing a small tear to portfolio and slightly affecting top forecorner of plates. A scarce portfolio of fine heliogravure prints reproducing twelve of Cecil Beaton's most iconic photographic portraits. The sitters featured are Gary Cooper, Buster Keaton, Marlene Dietrich, John Weissmuller, Greta Garbo, Marlon Brando, Audrey Hepburn, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin in High Society, Marilyn Monroe, Rudolf Nureyev, Edith Sitwell and Pablo Picasso.
