The mylar protected dustjacket is also very good with light edgewear, no chips or tears. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

Zustand: Fair. Salesman's sample. Yellow cloth with a sample of the spine printed to the rear cover. Eight blank lined order pages to rear with an advertisement page after a selection of chapters and illustrations from the 350 page volume. Water staining to the bottom gutter of the first few pages. Occasional thumbing. Wear to cloth (see image). Note this is the scarce salesman's copy with only samples of the text and photographs to give prospective buyers a glimpse of the full volume they would receive if they placed an order. 6.5 x 9 in (16.5 x 23 cm).
