Printed on Elementa Wove Paper by Memminger MedienCentrum AG, Memmingen, Germany. Bound by Real-Lachenmaier, Reutlingen, Germany, in full cloth printed and blocked with a design by the artist. (Having said what is printed in the book, it is noticeable that this 2004 edition is paper backed not cloth as stated.) Another wonderful book from The Folio Society.
