Two Sterne letters, 1764 and 1766, both to Stevenson. Includes the poems 'Lines upon a Yorkshire lady lately married, by Panty Lascelles', 'Reply to same, by J. H. Stevenson', and 'To the Duke of Dorset' (anonymous). A scarce piece of Sterniana: five copies on COPAC: at the Bodleian and British Library, the Society of Antiquaries, Victoria and Albert Museum and York Minster.
