Three works in a contemporary binding, leather over woo…den boards, with traces of brass clasps, leather with blindtooling and three large gilt lillies in the centre. Binding very worn, with loss of leather , endpapers are loose, some worming at the last leaves and the lower board ( small perpendicular galleries not interfering with legibility ). The book deserves to be restored. With 2 manuscript ex-libri on the title of the first book . F. Peleus Wolveranus ( Wolverensius ? - Wolverusius ?) ; in a somewhat later hand : '' Bibliotheca in Reilstein(?)'' - Reichstein (?). At the end of the ''Prologus ad Lectorum'' of the first publication is written in ink '' sum fr[at]is Petri Machberg Werrani. Interesting collection of three anti-Lutheran Cologne imprints dealing with the counter-reformation in Germany.
