The second letter refers to her visit to see the 'Whistler glass at Moreton… as well as the recumbent effigy of (T. E.) Lawrence. Did you know, by the way, that Lawrence insisted on the engravings for the 'Special' edition of the Seven Pillars being done by Paul Nash? Lawrence himself was a student of Margaret Nash's father, who taught him Arabic at Oxford". Illustrated throughout in colour.
