Scarce first issue of this short-lived but influential San Francisco quarterly, bridging Beat, post-Beat, and avant-garde currents. Notable contributors include Lawrence Ferlinghetti, Diane di Prima, William S. Burroughs, Claude Pélieu, Mary Beach, Dick Higgins, Harold Norse, and more. VG++ to NF.
