8vo, pp. viii, 656, [2]; contemporary quarter calf, smooth gilt-decorated spine; gilt monogram on the upper cover, presumably of the Gymnasium Rheno-Traiectini (see below); rubbed and worn and the text lightly spotted, but the binding, which appears to have been glued at the front hinge, remains sound. This copy with a prize leaf tipped in at the front, dated December 19, 1851, recognizing the passing from the third to the fourth class by Jacobum van Gerins at the Gymnasium Rheno-Traiectini in Utrecht, signed by 7 professors. Not in Mills College Check List.
