Collaboration beween Staff Officer Major John Dalgleish, a former Daily Express reporter and BBC Commentator, and Robert John Crawford, who met when the latter was driving him in England in 1943. Crawford's experiences first appeared in the British Army newspaper, Tiger News, where they created much interest among the troops. Pp.86, 8 black & white photo illustrations + folding map of the Western Desert and Cyrenaica to end, slight toning to pages. Green cloth, gilt title to spine. G+.
