Wir werden auch auf die Straftaten gegen die Verkehrssicherheit gemäß dem Strafgesetzbuch der Republik Serbien und ihre wichtigsten Merkmale sowie auf die verfahrensrechtlichen Maßnahmen gemäß der Strafprozessordnung der Republik Serbien eingehen. Die Aufdeckung von Straftaten gegen die Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr beginnt im Wesentlichen mit dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem die ersten Informationen über einen Verkehrsunfall mit den für Straftaten typischen Merkmalen eingehen. Anhand konkreter Beispiele aus der Rechtsprechung wird detailliert dargelegt, was einen multidisziplinären Ansatz in der Arbeit eines Sachverständigen bei der Aufdeckung von Straftaten gegen die Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr in der Republik Serbien ausmacht.
