About the Author:- Dr.Taradatt earned his Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University after completing dual Master's degrees in Sanskrit with specializations in literature and Indian Philosophy . After a brief teaching assignment, he joined the Indian Administrative Service and superannuated in the year 2016 after a lengthy administrative innings serving in Central and State Government posts.
