Der dritte Teil ist der Qualitätssicherung gewidmetZunächst geht es um das Verhältnis zwischen Verwaltungsreform und Therapie Stichworte Neues Steuerungsmodell, Budgetierung, Output-Steuerung. Es folgt ein aktueller Überblick über den Haftplatzbedarf in sozialtherapeutischen Einrichtungen sowie über Mindestkriterien, Wirkfaktoren und Indikationen.
