Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Heavier foxing to textblock edges and tanning to front and rear. Binding remains firm. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Some sunning to boards. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces.

"This Digest contains every case of present utility or authority decided under any of the Workmen's Compensation Acts and Rules in the House of Lords or the Supreme court of Judicature in England up to May 15, 1912, and reported either before or since, and every such case decided in the Scottish Court of Session or the Supreme Court of Judicature in Ireland and reported up to May 15, 1912. The book follows the arrangement of the Act of 1906." The book is bound in the original light brown cloth covered boards with gold titling on the spine. The case of the book is in very good condition with shelf wear and some light soiling to the boards. The titling on the spine is slightly worn and the spine ends are bumped. There is a split of about 3/4" in the cloth on the bottom of the rear spine edge. The contents are tight and clean with some browning and foxing to the free endpapers and half-title page and foxing on the fore edge of the text block. There is no inscription. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fairly heavy book and extra postage may apply for delivery outside the UK.
