Condition is Very Good.** This memoir by one of the numerous Frenchmen who joined the Patriot cause in America is here edited and translated into English by Robert B. Douglas. The Chevalier De Pontgibaud, Charles Albert More (1758-1837), served as Lafayette's aide-de-camp in the American Revolutionary War.
