Pages are clean and bright, binding is tight. Some toning and foxing noted along page edges. Book would have been graded as fine condition but the tape marks on the pastedowns lower it to near fine. No other handwriting found other than the author's inscription, no bookplates, no library markings etc. Pages are toned due to age and there is quite a bit of foxing, though this is mainly on the end pages and pastedowns.
