Taschenbuch. Zustand: Neu. Neuware - Encouragement From Scripture: A Help for Those of Us Who Have Days When We Can't Even Get Out of the Car Without Praying First, written by Diana K. Mitchell, contains 30 sayings that derive from scripture, were written at the prompting of Holy Spirit, or have been drawn from sermons (2) that Diana heard preached once. Within this work, Diana includes over 400 biblical references to buttress her 30 sayings. This is a small, but powerful book for Christians who sometimes need a little help on those days when it's difficult to even get out of the car and report in to work, or other high-stress situations, without literally praying first. In addition to being a reminder of who you are in Christ, it's a great book to use to help study the Bible. Page headers include scripture for Joy, Accountability, Integrity, Identity, Forgiveness, and more.Within this work, Diana's hope for her readers is clear, and in her own words she writes in her 'Message from the Author' section, 'It's worth noting that we would have no true knowledge of GOD were it not for seminarians, theologians, preachers, deacons, teachers, musicians, and evangelists-all pastors (shepherds/ministers) of the word of GOD. Because of what I've learned throughout my years, I want to encourage you to continue in your life, and in the Christian faith, with JESUS. I've been where some of you all are now in that there are days when you can't even get out of the car without praying first. I want to assure you that what GOD has given us through the Bible is more precious than gold, more durable than rubies, and as certain as death, so don't be afraid, and don't give up. Instead, as Jude encourages us, contend for the faith.'Encouragement From Scripture: A Help for Those of Us Who Have Days When We Can't Even Get Out of the Car Without Praying First is Diana Mitchell's second book. Her first book, Hair Braiding to Grow, Strengthen, and Lengthen Your Hair, currently sells in paperback (9780982650387) and Elektronisches Buch (9780982650370) formats.…
