This copy is addressed to poet John Wieners, who studied under Charles Olson and Robert Duncan at Black Mountain College. He was an active member in the San Francisco Poetry Renaissance, published three issues of *Measure* magazine, and contributed to numerous mimeograph publications, as well as published several books on poetry. In 1985 he received a Guggenheim Fellowship. The issue features contributions from A.B. Spellman, Joe Early, David Ossman, Steve Jonas, John Thomas, and Fielding Dawson.

La trasposizione su lastra spetta a Johannes de Ram, incisore olandese, su disegno, tracciato nel 1667, da…Simone Formento, ingegnere, controllore delle fortificazioni di Vercelli, dal 1660 è al servizio dei duchi di Savoia. La tavola è tratta dalla prima edizione di una monumentale descrizione dei possedimenti sabaudi, siti al di qua e al di là delle Alpi: l`opera fu impressa la prima volta ad Amsterdam, presso gli eredi di I. Blaeu, nel 1682, sotto il titolo di Theatrum Statuum Regiæ Celsitudinis Sabaudiæ Ducis [.], fu pubblicata in diverse edizioni (5, l`ultima nel 1726) e con il testo o in latino, o in francese o in olandese. Veduta della città di Ivrea, Eporedia, situata ai piedi delle Alpi Pennine, sulla sponda sinistra della Dora Riparia. Esemplare in buono stato conservativo.
