In addition to carrying the shaky signature of the recipient, the award is signed by the three commissioners appointed by the Act: Daniel Jones, John Dugmore, and William Unthank. The text names numerous landowners in the parish, and provides information on its public and private roads and footpaths, the public drain, rights of passage, and fences and ditches.
