Dean nowotny (3 Ergebnisse)

Paperback. Zustand: Good. Maggie writes a letter to Santa in which she asks, "Santa, is Christmas about you, or about Jesus, or about both of you?" He was more than glad to answer her question! Unlike most children's books about Jesus and Christmas, Dear Maggie A Letter from Santa, does not end at His birth, but continues on to tell of His ministry, His death on the cross and His resurrection and ascension. And most importantly, His offer of salvation! Though Santa is featured in this book, Dear Maggie A Letter to Santa is ultimately and undeniably all about Jesus, which makes it perfect for parents who want their children to know what Christmas is really about. Dean Nowotny initially wrote the book to meet a personal need. Every Christmas he becomes Santa Claus. He makes both home visits and virtual visits all over the world (Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, the Caribbean and the USA) from the "North Pole" in his study. He was unable to find a suitable book to share with the children that clearly portrayed the true meaning of Christmas, while not eliminating Santa Claus - so he wrote one! This book is ideal to be read around the fireplace with the family or in a Sunday School class, or given as a gift that will surely be treasured. Drumond, Sergio (illustrator).…
