Durch dessen Eifersucht vertrieben, begab er sich 1627 wieder nach Brüssel, wurde aber sogleich von der Königinmutter Maria von Medici zurückgerufen, um an der Ausschmückung des Palais de Luxembourg mitzuarbeiten.
