The frontispiece is a B&W portrait [engraving] of E.H. Weber. Appears to be the first edition of the Erlbaum publishers. Included is a preface to the first [1978] edition "E.H. Weber: The Sense of Touch" by the Academic Press and a preface to the second edition by the Erlbaum [UK] Taylor & Francis publishers. The later edition contains "De Tactu" [Der Tastsinn} translated by H.E. Ross and "Der Tastsinn" [Das Gemeingefühl] translated by D. J. Murray.
