Zustand: Very good. - Quarto. 15 words typed on a splendid illustrated sheet of letterhead headed "The Dionne Quintuplet Guardianship" with a color image of the heads of the quintuplets superimposed on a maple leaf and an outline map of Ontario, marking the location of Callander with a red star. Signed "Allan Roy Dafoe". There is light creasing to the bottom corners of the letter with the left corner slightly darkened. Folded once for mailing. Very good. Dr. Allan Roy Dafoe [1883-1943] sends this signed letter to a correspondent who has asked for his autograph.
