Internally lacks the rear black blank endpaper, light browning to pages edges, a few small marks, some page corner creases else in good acceptable condition.

The eleven views, printed on stiff card stock, bordered in orange, bear the publishing imprint of W.H. Cushing, "Opposite Putnam House, Palatka, FL., n.d. During the 1870's and 1880's Cushing is known to have issued 96 views of Florida. The scenes included here are a view of Mrs. H.B. Stowe's residence; the Spanish Cemetery at St. Augustine; Charlotte Street, St. Augustine; Alligators at home; a view of the Upper St. John's River, etc. Some of the views are numbers, one is given a hand-written caption. Some light edgewear, but all are very good. The group.
