Livres.…

The texts for the edition being chosen from 500 poems sent by the author to Paul Paul Breman 1948-72. This copy with a printed slip 'With all best wishes for 1996' Paul [Breman]. A fine copy of a rare pamphlet. William Waring Cuney (1906-1976) was an essential voice of the Harlem Renaissance, celebrated for his ability to craft brief, rhythmically sharp portraits of Black urban life, displacement, and socioeconomic struggles.
