Frank Stone III (probably George de Mohrenschildt's handler): WUBRINY is described as "Haitian operations". WUBRINY-1 reported that Clemard Charles brought George de Mohrenschildt to his WUSALINE office. deM and Charles wanted to start a variety of businesses. The letter from Cranwell to Stone discusses Stone's new post in Liberia, Cranwell's wife Bitsy and Stone's wife or daughter Sally or Sue (both names mentioned).
