Frank Stone III (probably George de Mohrenschildt's handler): WUBRINY is described as "Haitian operations". WUBRINY-1 reported that Clemard Charles brought George de Mohrenschildt to his WUSALINE office. deM and Charles wanted to start a variety of businesses. The letter from Cranwell to Stone discusses Stone's new post in Liberia, Cranwell's wife Bitsy and Stone's wife or daughter Sally or Sue (both names mentioned). There is also a mention of 'the Colonel" and activities in the middle west. Envelope is missing the flap and has some discoloration. Single sheet, folded, with canceled stamp envelop.
