Early ownership signature of "Jo…hn Elston his book 1799." Crakelt's durable revision of Entick's work came out in 1784 and went through as many as twelve editions by 1800. Alston V, 273; ESTC locates only 6 copies worldwide, only LC and Illinois in the U.S.
