The translation is by J. Thoulet- probably the geologist, oceanographer, and hydrographer Marie Julien Olivier Thoulet (1843-1936), who later explored Newfoundland and became "the father of French oceanography". A few pencilled annotations; otherwise, a very good, clean copy.
