Sironia, Texas by Madison Cooper was published in 1952 by Houghton Mifflin in a two-volume set totaling over 1,700 pages. The novel, set in a fictional Texas town modeled after Waco, was Cooper's only published work. It is one of the longest English language novels ever published.
