Published in London by the translator in 1924, this is a very nice English language printing of this classic work, printed on nice quality hand made paper, this example has been bound full possibly coloured vellum binding, top edge gilded (the rubbed edges show its white underneath, so it maybe vellum)…bound by Smith & Son Ltd, and housed in a marbled paper covered slipcase. Binding is sunned to spine with some edge rubbing, the slipcase has a worn spot to the marbled paper (see pictures) internally minor foxing to endpapers else in nice condition.
