The book is in reasonably good condition for its age and use. Normal wear and marks apply consistent with use and age. Wear to corners, top and base of spine. Loose binding after the first couple of pages, just showing gauze, however all 264 pages intact. Personal pen inscription on first blank page with date 1931. Printed in the United States of America. Some fading and shelf-life wear and slight speckles of foxing to edge of papers, otherwise this lovely book is in actually ok condition and its worth preserving for future generations.
