Includes engraved frontispiece and 4*folding maps (two of which are lightly foxed, mainly in margins and folds, and one separated between the first panel and the remainder, though all present and a short split within fold and another with a short closed tear adjacent to a fold), a folding facsimile letter (small loss to blank margin) and 6*b/w plates. clxi+354pp. 1015Contemporary half-binding in maroon morocco with red cloth to remainder. Spine has a recent red title plate with gilt lettering and spine has four gilt ruled feux bands. Spine and upper boards are lightly faded. Some light rubbing to extremities of boards.
