Colour frontis plus black and red illustrations. Gilt title darkened to spine. A couple of margin marks and one small edge tear to page 17 (not affecting illustration). Generally very clean. Packaged with care and promptly dispatched!

Clean pages and illustrations with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Pen markings to front pastedown. Pencil marks to some illustrations. Moderate tear to page 17. Minor cracking to gutters, with exposed netting. Thumb-marking present. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Gilt lettering is darkened. Visible wear marks to boards. Unclipped jacket. Panels and spine have moderate edge wear with loss, chips, tears and creases. Visible wear and pen marks to spine and panels.

Another Willis & Wallis doggy adventure in which the friends take part in a BBC radio play. Beautiful colour frontis of W&W outside BBC Broadcasting House in Portland Place, London and featuring Eric Gill's Prospero. Many other full page illusrations in text. Remains of gift inscription on front free endpaper, otherwise very good in a near complete wrapper, not price-clipped but small loss top and base of spine.
