While not explicitly marked as such, issues are from the library of noted poet, translator, and anthropologist Nathaniel Tarn (1928-2024), with his occasional pencilled markings throughout. All issues have modest shelf-wear and -soil; issue no. 3 has damp-soil with lightly crinkled wrappers, and no. 10 is spine-faded; overall Very Good. Literary magazine founded by Eshleman in 1981 at California Institute of Technology includes poetry, archival materials, and commentary with contributions by Ezra Pound, Theodore Enslin, and Allen Ginsberg.
