Vintage black-and-white still photograph of Robbie Vincent (as "Enoch") from the 1943 UK film. A wealthy father becomes a Broadway producer in hopes of fulfilling his daughter's aspirations to become a dramatic thespian. Unfortunately the dramatic play he chooses to produce is so bad that it becomes a hit with the audience who perceives it to be a hilarious comedy. A spinoff of a radio show of the same name that aired from 1941-1947. 8 x 10 inches. Ink notation on the verso, else Near Fine.

Two vintage publicity photographs and one vintage reference photograph from the 1953 film, including one studio still showing actress Kathleen Hughes, one borderless photograph showing actress Barbara Rush, and one borderless photograph showing actor Richard Carlson in front of a vast spaceship. Two with mimeo snipes on the verso. An amateur astronomer and school teacher witness an unidentified flying object crash land in the Arizona desert. Upon further inspection, it turns out to be an alien spaceship. The first 3-D film released by Universal-International, originally based on a story treatment by Ray Bradbury. From the archive of noted Hollywood still photographer Ray Jones. Born in Wisconsin on January 1, 1901, Jones worked for Paramount Pictures in the early 1930s, and went on to be the head of the still photography department at Universal Pictures in 1935, where he worked well into the 1950s.
