Bookplate of Dr. Henry Lloyd Tevis from his library at the sprawling home and farm at Alma. Bookplate of Paul - Maria Nicholay on the half title page. Gift inscription at front: " Merry X-Mas, tho a lean one / to the little girl / my dearest one, B." A pair of small lettered Christmas gift cards and a bakelite type Christian cross lettered in Danish are laid in. Sound decent copy, uncommon in the original editions. VG- thus.
