Chalmers encourages Harington to arrange the meeting, as Edge 'is an exceedingly good fellow & was far the best of the Indian C. J's - | He suggested that you should get a testimonial from A. T. Lawrence'. Sir Richard Harington (1861-1931) of Ridlington, 12th Baronet, was appointed a Puisne Judge in the High Court of Justice at Fort William in Bengal in 1899, and served in that capacity until returning to England in 1913.
