First, how systems that were established long ago are challenged by the necessity to adapt to change both in time, rapidly after the end of the cold war, and in space, across the continent of Eurasia and no longer simply in their sub-region. Second, how these systems evolve both in a sui generis manner and adopt, each for itself, reforms at the national and sub-regional levels; and also in a reciprocal manner, learn and borrow from each other towards a regional legal order in the making. Third, how extra-judicial evolutions, such as the logistical and commercial dynamics of the Belt and Road Initiative(s) appear more and more as the source or the cause of that very change affecting all Eurasian actors and interests. Examined elsewhere from a broad social sciences perspective, in the publication Cross-border exchanges: Eurasian perspectives on logistics and diplomacy (2019), these issues are here systematically analysed by a mix of conceptual and doctrinal perspectives and of textual, jurisprudential and positivist perspectives. Il entre en poésie par un coup d éclat, recevant à vingt ans le Prix Max Jacob.A côté de nombreux ouvrages en prose (critique, roman, théâtre), il fait paraître plus d une quinzaine de recueils de poèmes qui le situent "au rang des plus grands", selon Alain Bosquet. Il a reçu le Prix Apollinaire en 1973 pour Infini au-delà. En 1994, il obtient le Grand Prix de Poésie de l Académie française et le Grand Prix de Poésie de la Société des Gens de Lettres pour l ensemble de son oeuvre. Sa rencontre à Eygalières avec Marcel Féguide (1956), dont il deviendra l élève, aura une très grande influence sur sa carrière. Il entreprend des études artistiques à l Ecole des Arts Décoratifs de Grenoble, et les poursuit par des cours d Esthétique Industrielle aux Arts Appliqués de Paris (1960-1962). Après un court passage aux Beaux-Arts de Paris, il suivra les cours de l Académie Julian de Paris (1964-1966). Dessiner devient vite pour lui une sorte de seconde nature. Ainsi, le dessin sera la base solide de la construction de son uvre. Dès son plus jeune age, Pierre Cayol accorde une grande place au travail graphique ; on doit expliquer par ces deux dernières particularités, l attachement de l artiste aux peintres qui ont à la fois beaucoup dessiné et gravé, tels Rembrandt, Goya, Daumier, Braque ou Picasso, pour ne citer qu eux. Après une tout premier accrochage alors qu il n a que 25 ans (Salon de Montsauve, 1964) et une première exposition personnelle cette même année (Arles), de très nombreuses expositions, personnelles et collectives, montreront son travail au fil des ans en France comme à l étranger (Canada, Suisse, Corée, Japon, Etats-Unis, Italie, etc.). En outre, Pierre Cayol deviendra sociétaire du Salon d Automne de Paris en 1984.
