Shot on location in Richmond, Virginia. Black untitled Suncrest Cinema wrappers. Title page present, dated 7-7-78, noted as revised, with credits for screenwriters Michael C. Varhol and Gregory P. Smith. 136 leaves, with last page of text numbered 109. Xerographic duplication, rectos only, with rainbow revision pages throughout, dated variously between 6/16/78 and 8/1/78.
