A 14 x 11 inch wide photograph, having "Winners Of All Comers and Hudson Bay Cups / Nelson Bonspiel, 1908" with all team member names printed in speckled gilt underneath, the photographers monogram is stamped in blind between the player names and is further signed by the photographer in pencil at lower right. Photo w. some creases, minor soil and a few pin holes near upper edge ; verso w. old tape residue at top edge and a few small stains. "Established in Rossland in 1896 or 1897 as Carpenter and Millar, the partnership dissolved about 1899 and Carpenter ran the business as Carpenter and Company. He worked out of Spokane between at least 1905 and 1908, then moved to Vancouver and remained there until 1913. His studio in Vancouver was also known as the Carpenter Studio."
